We have all encountered the adage, “You cannot pour from an empty cup.” Yet, many individuals operate on an empty cup due to the perceived lack of time for self-care. Leadership Lessons I Learned from Nelson Mandela

The 1990s were a transformative period in South Africa, marked by the end of apartheid, the release of Nelson Mandela from prison, and the subsequent transition to a democratic government with the 1994 elections. Because of my position in the Head Office of the newspaper group, I often attended events hosted by one of our prestigious newspapers, which is how I had the good fortune to meet Mr. Mandela on several occasions.

You Can Do This!

Art is very personal. It’s each person’s expression of something inside. We learn to trust our intuition and listen to our soul. The most important thing is that we step outside our comfort zones and try something new. The process of creation is what gives us the greatest benefit.
